- An hour is long enough to stop performing. The first ten minutes are everyone finding their feet, and the photographs Diana keeps are almost never from them.
- Everyone together first, while the youngest still has patience for it. Then the children on their own, then the parents, then whatever the room suggests.
- A private online gallery to choose your fifteen from, at both print and web size.
- Your edited photographs are ready ten to fifteen days after you choose them.

Questions
- What if my toddler will not cooperate?
- They usually will not, for the first while, and that is accounted for. Diana photographs children by letting them move rather than asking them to sit still. The frames people love are rarely the ones where everybody was looking.
- Can we bring more than five people?
- The studio fits five comfortably. For a larger group, email Diana before booking and she will tell you honestly whether the room will take it.
- What should we wear?
- Nothing brand new, nothing with writing on it, and no two people in the exact same colour. Beyond that, wear what you would wear on a good day.
- How do I book?
- Pick a date and a time on this page. The retainer is paid at checkout and holds the slot; the balance is due on the day.
- What if I need to move my session?
- You can move it once, to another available date, with at least 48 hours' notice, and the retainer moves with it.
- When do I get my photographs?
- You choose from a private online gallery, and your edited photographs are ready ten to fifteen days after you choose them.
- Can I buy more than the images included?
- Yes, from the gallery, at the price shown there. Nothing is deleted. The rest of your session is waiting if you want more of it.
